ZW-A12 Automatic sheets feeding square bottom paper shopping bag making machine At present, the market demand for large weight (over 180 grams), large face width, large side width, and some small quantities of square bottomed paper bags is mostly in semi-automatic manual production. And currently, paper bags are all edge sealed and bottom folded before bonding, with the bonding part located at the bottom where the paper bag is most stressed. During use, the bottom is prone to delamination and cannot be used properly.
This equipment is designed based on the new U-shaped packaging technology for the middle seals on both sides. The bottom of the finished bag is a whole, with overlapping middle seals on both sides. In a flat state, both sides are folded inward, while the bottom is folded inward. There are no folding lines or bonding points on the surface, making the appearance of the bag more beautiful and overall.
This device is controlled by a fully servo bus, with a simple and intelligent operating interface. Most of the adjustment stations are already mechatronic and can be automatically adjusted according to the bag specifications, greatly reducing the difficulty and time of adjustment. According to the production plan, the changes in bag specifications and sizes have reached 90% automation adjustment. The debugging time for changing specifications has been compressed to within 40 minutes, and the operation is simple with a low waste rate.
