Welcome to Intro to Sewing for Kids : Level 1. In this class, your child will learn their way around a sewing machine. They will learn how to thread their machine, thread the bobbin, troubleshooting when things go wrong, some tips and tricks on how to sew straight, and so much more. Children will learn how to sew a cute and cuddly chocolate dipped kawaii popsicle plushie. Yum! They will then learn how to cut and sew the fabric together to create the body of the plushie. Next, they will learn how to add details such as eyes, a mouth, and other facial features to give their plushie a unique and playful personality. They will also learn how to stuff the plushie to make it soft and huggable.

Join our Mommy and Me sewing class and create a beautiful throw pillow with your child! Our experienced instructor will teach basic sewing techniques, and guide you through measuring, cutting and sewing fabric. This fun bonding experience will leave you with a personalized pillow and the confidence to take on more sewing projects.
