Wolfgang Van Halen is back with his second Mammoth WVH outing, topping a new music release week that also includes albums by Rick Springfield, Migos’ Quavo, Trippie Redd, the pairing of Vince Gill and Paul Franklin, and new renditions of old Bob Marley favorites (all subject to change)...

Album of the Week: After topping rock charts with 2021′s “Mammoth WVH,” Wolfgang Van Halen returns this week with “Mammoth II” (BMG), another one-man outing co-produced with regular collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette. Van Halen recorded the 10-song set at his late father Eddie Van Halen’s legendary 5150 studio in in Los Angeles, and its first single, “Another Celebration at the End of the World,” is already a Top 10 hit on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock chart. Van Halen brings his Mammoth VH live band to Jacobs Pavilion at Nautica on Tuesday, Aug. 8, opening for Alter Bridge.
